END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: By downloading, installing, or using this
software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this End
User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not
download, install, or use this software.

1. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" means the Noah Kagan skill files, including all documentation,
   reference materials, and associated files distributed in this package.

   "Authorized User" means the individual or single business entity that
   redeemed a valid license code to obtain this Software.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, AppSumo grants the Authorized
   User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

   (a) Install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by the
       Authorized User;
   (b) Use the Software for any lawful purpose, including personal and
       commercial (business) use;
   (c) Make reasonable backup copies of the Software for archival purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS

   The Authorized User may NOT:

   (a) Redistribute, share, publish, post, or otherwise make the Software
       or any portion of it available to any third party by any means;
   (b) Upload the Software to any public or private repository, website,
       file-sharing service, package registry, or distribution platform;
   (c) Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software;
   (d) Create derivative works based on the Software for distribution;
   (e) Remove, alter, or obscure this license file, any copyright notices,
       or any proprietary markings;
   (f) Use the Software to provide a competing commercial product or
       service that substantially replicates its functionality.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to AppSumo and are
   protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions. This
   Agreement does not transfer any ownership, title, or intellectual
   property rights to the Licensee. All rights not expressly granted
   herein are reserved by AppSumo.

5. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL APPSUMO BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
   DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN NO EVENT SHALL APPSUMO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY
   THE AUTHORIZED USER FOR THE LICENSE TO THIS SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

   This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates
   automatically if the Authorized User fails to comply with any term.
   Upon termination, the Authorized User must destroy all copies of the
   Software in their possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
   the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law
   principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in
   Travis County, Texas.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
   with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior negotiations,
   representations, or agreements relating to this subject matter.
